Most film criticism stays horizontal: performances, cinematography, cultural relevance. We go vertical: What tradition is this drawing from? What transformation is it enacting in the viewer? What do the symbols actually mean in the context of the world's esoteric lineages?
This project maps the hidden architecture — so the depth that's always been there becomes visible.
